WHAT DOES THE ORGANIZATION DO? Provide resources to couples and churches to build Godly marriages through FamilyLife Marriage Conferences, and HomeBuilders Studies.
YOUR PRIMARY DUTIES: Direct the San Diego volunteer team in preparing for the conferences and to help couples lead HomeBuilders groups.
WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO ACCOMPLISH? That every church in San Diego have an effective marriage ministry.
WHAT AREA OF EXPERTISE OR SPECIALTY DO YOU HAVE OR ARE YOU KNOWN FOR? For being able to lead a diverse and dispersed team of people towards a common goal.
WHERE DO YOU FEEL THE LORD IS LEADING THIS ORGANIZATION? Being a resource to churches.
WHAT IS FRUSTRATING TO YOU? Finding the time to be able to spend with the people who we serve with and want to serve.
WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST IN YOUR JOB? Seeing how people being obedient to God's Plan for Marriage have Joy in their marriages.
HOW CAN PEOPLE PRAY FOR YOU OR YOUR ORGANIZATION? That we can be an instrument in the lives of many people to bring them to know Jesus. In all our efforts we do not neglect our relationships with Jesus, our mates, and our kids.
DO YOU HAVE A NEED FOR VOLUNTEERS? YES! We need people to share about the Marriage Conference and HomeBuilders Studies to their church, and friends. We need people who will commit to pray for the hearts of couples throughout San Diego to follow God's Plan for Marriage.
TELL US ABOUT YOUR FAMILY: We have three wonderful daughters. Jessey is 20, Sarah is 8 and Annie who is 6.
WHAT IS YOUR HOME CHURCH AND YOUR INVOLVEMENT? North Coast Church in Vista. We have led small home groups. Hosted in the Video Venues. Led marriage ministry efforts.
IS THERE A BOOK THAT HAS MADE AN IMPACT ON YOUR LIFE? The "Left Behind" Series. It has really helped us to understand that we don't want anyone to be "left behind."
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE SCRIPTURE? Joshua 24:15 "But as for me and my house we will serve the Lord."
IS THERE A "NUGGET" YOU'D LIKE TO SHARE? Scripture tells us our relationship to our mate is to be more important than with our kids, ministry, or job. It is second only to our relationship with Jesus. Is it for you?
