Business Proverbs

Do you demonstrate to your employees effective customer service?

The apostle Paul wrote, “...be imitators of me” (1 Corinthians 4:16 NAS)

Nothing will train staff more effectively in delivering customer service than watching a manager personally deliver service. Encourage new employees to see how you meet customers’ needs, and then ask that they imitate your service delivery. Encourage questions to improve understanding, then watch them perform tasks necessary to dole out service.
