Good
News, Etc. received numerous awards from the Evangelical Press
Association and the Fellowship of Christian Newspapers on May 24-27 in Chicago.

blessed with great support for the paper, there are many people to say thank
you to.”
Two
of the awards were from the Evangelical Press Association. One was in the
Higher Goals category, where the newspaper entries were judged alongside
magazines like Christianity Today, Focus on the Family, and
denominational publications. Good News, Etc. received a fourth
place award in the Critical Review category for Al Menconi’s review of
“The Passion of the Christ.”
The
second EPA recognition for Good News, Etc. was an “award of
merit” certificate in the newspaper category under Awards of Excellence.
