Business Proverbs

When requiring urgent action from staff, are you clear in communicating?

Jesus was calling and said, "Zacchaeus, come down immediately.." (Luke 19:5, NIV).

Some of our instructions will require immediate action, while others will not. Make every statement urgent, and you lose effectiveness in communication, while if you never stress the urgent, folks will not respond quickly.

Learn a balance, and when to stress the urgent. Identify situations that require immediate action, and then issue clear directions.

Then watch as your staff responds effectively to the urgent.
